In this very fast-paced position I was responsible for overseeing all the print production and maintaining digital assets for EvergreenHealth Medical Group. When I began, the Forms Center was little more than a copy room, printing black and white forms in the basement of the hospital. Within the first two years my team and I took over typesetting and design, pre-press, and handled the production of all printed materials for 3 hospital campuses and 23 satellite clinics. I also implemented a structured training program and a centralized database to simplify searching for production information, managing inventory, generating price quotes, and cataloging digital assets.
